Possible ectopic or miscarriage .. please pray or send good thoughts ☹

I go in today for an early ultrasound.. my dr thinks my hcg level is to low for how far along I should be according to my last period date. He wants to see if I'm having a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. Please please send all of your good thoughts and prayers. We have prayed for this baby for years and fertility treatments are so expensive so we cant continue..😫
