Question about husbands

I know this is probably weird but I need to know if anyone else’s husbands has done this.. when I went for my first sonogram last week, my husband went with me and he got so upset because they had to stick the sonogram tool inside of me. I explained to him that it’s just because I was only 7 weeks along, so that’s the only way they could see the baby clearly. He still was so upset over it, and basically hasn’t wanted to had sex with me because of it. Has anyone else’s husband done this? I think it’s the most ridiculous thing, but I’m also trying to understand his logic on it..
