I'm 43 and ttc #1. Had 1 pregnancy few yes ago that was miscarriage. Well my periods are normally always on schedule and I can usually tell few days before that theyre starting as my thighs will get cramps ill have mild acne and spotting. Well I am actively trying to conceive also. So as of today period is 4 days late and I see no signs of it coming. All of last week for about a good 5 days I was having severe pain on right hip that eventually moved towards my abdomen. I took an early response pregnancy test the day before period was due and it was negative. I have No symptoms now but also no period. Should I take another pregnancy test?
