How much is your little one eating?

My baby was born July 16 so 6 weeks from the day .. and she is such a hit or miss with eating ? during the day i’m lucky if she drinks 2.5 ounces in a feeding and then other times she will inhale 3.5 oz .. i just thought she would be drinking more at this rate she is formula feed but i’m just curious what your littles are eating ?

I think it matters more what they’re eating total for the day/how frequently she’s eating that much. 
My daughter was doing that for a while, around 6 weeks she started doing about 3oz per feed. Now she’s between 3-4oz per feed at 2 months.

My son is a chunk. He eats 4 oz every 3-4 hrs and will be 4 weeks tomorrow...lol he even ate 6 ounces at lunch time today.  Usually eats around 22-25 ounces a day.

My guy is 9 weeks today and he eats between 4 and 5 oz a feeding every 3 to 4 hours. At 6 weeks he was eating between 3 and 4 every 3 hours

Mine is the same at that point - I'm only a week ahead and now she is more consistently eating 4oz. But at 5-6 weeks it was 2-3 oz and sometimes it was 1 and an hour break...

My baby is 5 weeks  and he goes from 2.5-3.5 oz during the day he is doing the 3.5 at night he’s getting 2.5 to 3 oz

Mine is breastfed but at 6 weeks she probably does 2-4oz  a feed (this is my guess based on how much I pump in the same amount of time and how my boob feels after pumping vs bf). I googled it awhile back because I was curious how much milk I should send off to daycare with her and I think 2-4oz per feed was pretty common for 3mo, so I think yours sounds normal. If she doesn’t have weight issues I wouldn’t push her to drink more. She could get overfull which could lead to fussiness and lots of spit up.
