hi everyone i am having a mini crisis and not sure what to do !!!!

my boyfriend's ex was watching my stories on instagram and i just noticed (she doesn't follow me and we do not get along bc she was trying to interfere with our relationship when we first got together). my boyfriend has no contact with her but she still follows him on instagram. he deleted all his social media and hasn't had it for several months and has blocked her number so there's no way for her to contact him really. she also lives across the country now. however they do share mutual friends once of which is his best friend.

so anyways i noticed today she was watching my stories so i've put my account on private and also went to her page to block her just to be sure. well when i got there i accidentally followed her. twice. i was panicking and just started button mashing before finally blocking. will she get a notification about that since i blocked her immediately after???? i'm so freaked out that she'll reach out to my boyfriend somehow and be like "why did she follow me" and try to start something... we used to fight about her a lot and are just now able to look past all of that and i really don't want to start up any more conversations about her with my bf because things are going really well now that she's out of the picture!!! 😬😬😬😬😬😬
