Help!!

I expected my period on August 5th, it never came.

I took a pregnancy test August 10th - August 16th all positive.

August 21st (17 days late on period.) I got a professional blood drawn pregnancy test, came back positive as well.

I never spotted or got the (implantation bleeding)

According to my app I’m 7 weeks.

My first day of my last cycle was July 12,2020 so I assume I’m like 6-7 weeks.

and I had fatigue for the longest, some mild cramping. Sore boobs, headaches. Till 3 nights ago I had experienced some pink spotting and it only lasted 2 days stopped and began again today, still very light still pink, no pain..

My first appointment isn’t till September 22nd.

So now I haven’t really felt much other than mild sore boobs.. I don’t feel much fatigue anymore all after the spotting... can SOMEONE PLS HELP. Could the bleeding have been implantation bleeding? Or what could it have been ??? I’m so worried.
