Low ferritin, recheck bloodwork?
My ferritin was 8 at 24 weeks pregnant. I am now 31 weeks and my midwife does not recommend rechecking my iron levels. Does anyone know what the norm is for this? I have started taking iron supplements and my other values were normal but it seems weird she wouldn’t recheck it to see if it’s dropped further or improved..
