Constipated during Ovulation?

I'm not sure whether or not I've ovulated already but the app says that I'm near ovulation, but my discharge indicates that I'm about to ovulate soon. I've noticed that before my ovulation phase, my bowel movements were regular. I get to expel everyday or every other day. However, for some reason I got constipated all of the sudden. I've read somewhere before that it happens during ovulation, but I don't why it happens or if it's legit. Does anyone else experience this?
