Bleeding after doing Kegels?

I’m exactly 6 weeks pp. I had this happen two weeks ago so I decided I’d stop doing them until my 6 week appt. I had my appt today and doc said it was probably a coincidence that I bled after kegels and to keep doing them. So I did a bunch after the appt, and what do ya know I’m bleeding again. I’m gonna call the doc tomorrow, but anybody else have this happen??

PP bleeding can stop and start up to 8 weeks PP (occasionally longer), it usually correlates with you being more active though. Like once you start exercising again you might find your bleeding starts again. There's also a thing called a 6 week bleed, this is where you just randomly start bleeding again at 6 weeks. I think it's to do with your hormones fully returning to within normal range but nobody seems to know for sure why it happens, it happened 6 week PP with both my kids though.
