I'm very early (almost 4 weeks pregnant) and had a blood test to confirm.

I have a history of low progesterone in my other two pregnancies and this time my progesterone was good, thankfully.

I also have great HCG levels.

Problem is, doc said I had low thyroid numbers and put me on synthroid. I never had any thyroid issues to my knowledge.. so this came as a shock. Seems to be related to the pregnancy.

She said sometimes when there's low thyroid numbers it could coincide with a miscarriage.

Has anyone ever had this before?

What do you know about it?

Do the meds correct the problem?

I've never heard of this before. I can't really find anything on the internet about it. I'm worried. I've had a miscarriage and I am so afraid of it happening again. But my other numbers look great!
