I need some help / advice about this please. On the picture I attached below you will see I had my period on the 1st of August

But lasted 3days only.. Then 20days later I had it again that lasted 4days..

It has never happened like this before because it normally only happens every 28 to 29days not 20days.

The pains are getting worse and its really getting too much and stressful for me why this is happening.
