Phantom bleed

So I’ve been constipated but every time I try to number 2 I have a vaginal bleed I’ve been to two different hospitals in 2 days 😭 for this mysterious bleed it’s enough blood to fill a panty shield and it only comes when I push to number 2 I’ll go the whole day with no bleed the ER has check the baby and it’s 100% healthy measuring and weighing ahead and moving around. I just don’t understand why I only bleed while trying to number 2 I’m 14w

I had 0 cramps and my cervix wasn’t bleeding
