Normal bleeding??

Is it normal to have mucus like vaginal bleeding? It’s like a thick mucus that pulls whenever I wipe. I just had my second baby 5 days ago and my first is 2 years and 4 months so I can’t remember if this happened with her. I didn’t tear enough for stitches, I just had a bunch of micro tears instead of one bigger one so I don’t have stitches or anything. But is this bleeding normal?
