Hi everyone, I'm a new member of this group and I'd like some advice to start a plant based diet.

I was vegetarian for nearly 4 year but then I started eating meat again not by choice but because I was basically forced by my surroundings: I moved back to my country because I had mental health issues and being home was enough struggle I didn't manage to follow my diet :(

the result? I gained weight and lost the lifestyle I loved the most.

Now that I'm finally taking my life back , I found a job, I'm studying, I'd love to start a plant based diet for my health. Can you guys help me? :)
