Anyone else out there feel the need to wear a liner everyday?!

I cannot stand to not have a liner on my underwear! I change it often throughout the day but I hate the feeling of having wet sticky underwear! Anyone else the same?

I heard from doctors that you need to change it at least every 4 hours, but it's still creating kind of a "green house" for germs down there, and it's better to just change your underwear more frequently. But for me it's hard to imagine how I can change my underwear 2-3 times a day? I think the best option is to find liners that are made from cotton and change them frequently:

I have all week, basically because AF was due Saturday, and I'm hoping she doesn't pay me a visit, as we are TTC #1! Buuut, I'm not taking any chances and ruining my undies!
