Help BBT drop

Does anyone know if this is generally a sign of pending AF? It was looking so promising and now this. I’ve enjoyed charting to confirm info about ovulation and luteal phase but today I’ve been really down and I know it’s 100% related to my temp this am. I’ve been having cramps for days, weird tugging sensation yesterday. And more CM than usual. But ultimately all these things could be period related. Now it’s a waiting game for AF. But I guess I can focus on bright side that at least after 16 years on birth control, I appear to be ovulating on my own and have a “normal” length cycle. Focus on what I do have. Right? Any thoughts are welcomed.
