10 dpo am I out?

I had a chemical last month. 1st time seeing a vvvfl in 2 years. I was over the moon but ended in chemical pregnancy. I since tracked ovulation and did the BD all through ovulation. Im 10 dpo today and feel like I'm out, like I should at the very least have a faint. At 5 to 6dpo I had a lot of lower back numbness and cramping. Usually before AF my breast get sore, which hasn't happened and I never cramp before AF only when AF is finally here. I've had cramping that felt like pinching in my ovaries. this is also my 3rd clomid cycle took 100mg this time vs 50 mg. I'm ready to throw in the towel.
