My son's girlfriend is 10wks & 6 days as of today. The ultrasound was done 2 weeks ago, but I'm wondering if she isn't further along then what they are saying.  Any guesses?

I'm clearly not a doctor but it does seem to be very developed. Maybe you should google 10 week ultrasounds and compare

The date on the ultrasound photo is only 6 days ago?? I've never seen a medical office not measure crown rump length or tell you what the heart rate is if they detect it.

They should have measured her at the ultrasound. There are pretty standard sizes for babies down to the day.
