Any thoughts on fenugreek pills?

My little one is 3 weeks old and I’m still only producing 1oz of breastmilk, I have tried the lactation cookie bites, mothers milk tea, oat milk shakes and nothing has helped. I also tried pumping after each feeding and that hasn’t helped.

I was advised by the RN to start taking fenugreek pills. (600mg, 3 capsules 3 times per day. If no adverse effects increase to 4 capsules 3 times a day then 5 capsules.)

Any one has any recommendations on what brand to buy?
