Swelling.

So, every now and than I will swell a lot in my girl area after my boyfriend and I have sex. Sometimes it's a lot of swelling with pain and sometimes its none at all... What do y'all think it could be?

I think that it may be if I am not freshly shaved? Also my boyfriend is larger, but being its been almost a year I think I would have adjusted to that..?
