Black poop is normal while pregnant ?

Hey girls 
I want to ask that I am 5week pregnant  .and I am taking folic acid 4 mg and  I am also taking this table which I put photo here . Doctor told me to eat . And today I saw that my poop colour is black so I want to know that it’s normal or not ? Every pregnant women having black poop because of taking folic acid??

Folic acid doesnt cause black poop. Iron in a prenatal vitamin may cause green poop or constipation that will cause you to have hard, dark dense (often pellet) poops. But truly black poop is usually a concern of internal bleeding, so it would be worth getting checked out. If you are having a hard time going poop and it is just dark it might only be constipation and upping your leafy greens, increasing water intake and maybe taking magnesium citrate can help.
