My son just turned 18 months and for the past couple months he’s gotten frustrated while waiting for food. Unless he’s distracted, he’s in the kitchen complaining and getting frustrated because he has to wait for it to be cooked or prepped. I’ve tried to get down on his level and explaining to him he needs to wait and I don’t expect him to understand yet but you’d think after a few months of this he would get it by now? Even a little? Any one else struggle with this? Tips please! I’m getting really tired of hearing him protest whenever I step into the kitchen lol
