Back again with questions about my nipple piercings. I've had them for almost a month now and the healing process has been rocking but is going well at this point. My current issue is the areola beneath the balls of the jewelry seems to be rubbing raw. There's not much I can do about the balls being pushed into my arealo since I can't wear loose fitting clothing/be braless 24/7. And just the way my breast/areolas are the balls rest against my skin.

Anyone have any advice on what I can do to alleviate the pressure and get the spots to fully heal?
