Menstrual cup stuck

Please help, my menstrual cup is stuck....best tips on how to get it out?!

Answer

If you can, stick your finger up to the rim of the cup where it’s stuck and try to push it in on itself. If you can do that it’ll break the suction. If you can’t reach the rim, try and squeeze the cup as hard as you can to break the suction and use the stem to wiggle it out. It might get messy so I’d recommend doing it in the shower :)
