Hi ladies, i did my scan on day 13 yesterday and had a positive opk. Was taking 2.5 mg Femara day 3 to 7.

Two follicles, one 10mm and one 28mm.

As per the doc 28mm is really good. I already ovulate on my own usually but never had one this big. Is this good? I'm also cramping today like period pain so assuming I'm currently ovulating.

Has anyone experienced strong cramps during O after taking Femara?
