Just wanted to let you gals know that, for me personally, my already sensitive immune system was severely compromised by taking birth control - I was catching sicknesses left and right, despite healthy eating, vitamins, essential oils, etc. until I did some research and found out that birth control might not be helping. I got off this past summer and have been really recovering since then - catching ill a lot less frequently. I know my experience is not the same for everyone, but just thought if anyone else was struggling they might want to know that possible side effect.
