Talking about vomit

I’m 21 weeks +4 days pregnant with my first and still having morning sickness. This morning I went to vomit but it came up with blue streaks in it. It was a very clear blue too not something that might have been altered by light.

I haven’t eaten yet today and haven’t had anything with a blue colour in weeks.

This has never happened before. The only thing different is the last 24ish hours I’ve had a dull pain in my lower right side but nothing excruciating.
