Weird period please help !!!!!

I had my period for only 2 days the first day was normal like I always get it I usual get it for 3 or 3 1/2 days but this time only 2 and after that nothing bad a bit of spotting here and there but that’s it me and my boyfriend do have sex but we always use protection now just one day after my period was supposed to stop I feel dizzy and I want to vomit I’ve never had these feelings before if I do feel like this it’s always the day before my period but not after and when we went to get pretzels today I felt like throwing up also when we went to get pizza I didn’t want any and it’s my favorite which was weird that I didn’t want any idk what’s going on can someone please help cuz every time I search on google I just feel like everything it says isn’t accurate and I want to see if anyone else has felt this way and can tell me what it is
