I know weird question but how can i deal with period cramps and wisdom teeth pain??

Help my teeth/mouth is healing really well but i don't want to be in a lot of pain im already on pain meds for my wisdom teeth advice?!

Heating pads. Try filling a sock with rice and putting it in the microwave for a minute or two.
