Help Ladies!

Hi Guys,

I am very new to creating a social post, but I am in need of Help. I'm 16 years old and I bought a Hello Cup, I adore it however I experience pain when removing it. Any suggestions?? Also I want to know if it's just me but does any experience bowel movement when on their period. Sorry for the tmi however I feel my stools are more frequent and softer than usual. I also experience back pain. Is this just me or does anyone else experience this? Please help! Thanks ladies.
