Sick during period?
Does anyone else get almost physically sick during their period?? I’ve had a cough that came on a couple days before my period, plus a runny/stuffy nose. I’ve been coughing up phlegm and this morning I coughed to the point of puking, but it wasn’t any food it was white and almost foamy looking. I do have some chronic illnesses.
