When ttc.. Is it okay to have sex everyday?

I've heard you should wait 24 hours.. Well me and my SO usually don't have sex until late at night because he works throughout the day. And by the time we do, It's been around 24 hours.

Follow your bodies, if you both want sex have sex. If you focus to much on when specifically to have sex and the right timeing you will only end up frustrated and stressed, neither of which is good for making babies.

Every day unless going through IVF or husband has low sperm. I got pregnant both times by doing it everyday, along with many of my friends. Doctor told me that when I first started TTC with my first. Conceived in 6 months with my 1st & in 4 months,with my second. Studies show 33% of pregnancies doing it every other day & 37% doing it every other. The more sex, the better the chance. Unless, going through IVF.

It's okay, but it's better every other or every 2-3 days, that way fresh sperm can come through ;)
