Recurrent miscarriage

Looking for success stories . I’m 20 , I had 3 early miscarriages this year ( first one required d&c) and I’m feeling so low and find myself entering deep depression . I miscarried this August 3rd and waiting for my period to start so I can schedule Hsg test. I had a successful pregnancy 2 years ago . So I’m really not confident in the HSg test and what the findings are . But I’m looking for any women who’s experienced recurrent miscarriages and have gone on to have successful pregnancies? If so what did you do differently ?
