Tablet for 4 year old

Hey all, I am needing recommendations for a tablet for my 4 year old son. We have been pretty old school and really have only introduced movies to him but no other electronics. I have been watching so many kindergarteners this year struggling with virtual learning because they didn’t have any tablet experience and I don’t know what the next few years will bring so have changed my outlook on electronics. What’s worth buying and what is not? We are wanting it mainly for educational games, not for streaming tv shows, movies, you tube or anything like that. If it has time limit restriction on it that would be fantastic as well.
