I’m sooooo tired of being horny all the time without being able to cum!! I’m 24 and never orgasmed in my life. There were only like 5 times where I came CLOSE..like legs going numb and shaking..but never got all the way there. And with my boyfriend, we do things all the time but I never reach that “close” point anymore.

Higher prices toys are always better. You don't want to spend all that money and might not like it. I think you should start small and see if you even like using toys on yourself. Then, if you enjoy it then upgrade for sure. You can order cheap $10 vibrators online. A vibrator will get you to cum for sure. 🙂

GiIIIIRL .... get yourself a clit vibrator. Got mines from amazon , i think 20 bucks at most . For a lot of women they have to have clitoral stimulation to orgasm. Me I have to have clitoral and vaginal stimulation to hit the big O. The only exception to this rule for me is when I am using my shower head on the high setting.

Based on my experience, the more expensive sex toys are way more worth the time, depending. 
Some are gimmicky, like vibrating undies or those BDSM kits are a bit too pricey for what you get.
Vibrators do seem to be better at higher costs. I had a $90 vibrating personal massager wand- that thing sent me to hell and back and made my vagina new again. Can't say enough about that thing. It was like being possessed. 
My first dildo/vibrator was $30 and it was trash. 
Some of the smaller, less pricey vibrating bullets are really very good for the price if you like clit stimulation.

I’ve had cheap vibrators before but decided to invest in something fancier (aka. a $85 one rather than a $25 one). The difference with the nicer one is astounding and I absolutely love it! I would recommend getting a more expensive one. 
Personal experience....
If I’m playing solo without a toy it takes forever to orgasm...if I even get there (maybe 50% of the time), with a basic/cheap vibrator it’s like 75% of the time (“ok” orgasms)....but with this new one it’s more like 90% and the orgasms tend to be much more intense.
