Low Grade Fever

My daughter is 12 weeks old today. Yesterday I noticed she felt warm and took her temp. She was running about 99-100. She is wanting to cuddle and nap a little more but no other symptoms. She is eating fine, having wet and dirty diapers and still cooing and smiling like she normally would. We went ahead and gave her some Tylenol (we got the ok to start doing so at her 2 month visit). I just woke up to feed her and she is still running about 99-100. Is this something I should be concerned about?? At what point should I call the doctor??

I have always been a worrier.. throw a tiny human that I am responsible for in the mix and I am now a SUPER worrier! 😣
