Did your labor come to a stop?

I had pretty strong consistent contractions last night. Almost getting to the 511 rule. Now it’s basically gone. I swore I was going to have this baby by 6am today and it’s 11am and it feels like any other day now... is that normal?

Make sure you're standing as much as you can to help progress labor, angle your butt out and make sure you aren't "butt tucking" when you stand (I have a terrible habit of this - just natural terrible posture- and it puts baby in an unfavorable position for labor and makes them stop trying to come). 
I highly recommend looking up YouTube videos on how to naturally support your labor if you're ready for the baby to come! Contractions and everything should start back up if you're focusing on your mood (positivity, loving, releases oxytocin), your setting (quiet, dim lighting, releases melatonin), and just your overall feeling of being prepared. Pray if that's your thing and allow for nature to take its course.

This happened to me over the weekend. We even called the midwife and checked our dilation. It stopped overnight and I’m still very pregnant with random contractions here and there. I feel for you lady - it’s really emotional to think it’s “go time” and then have your body just stop BUT we are so close and when it’s time we will meet our little ones 💕💕

Yes that’s normal. It’s called prodromal labor or false labor.

This has been happening me for weeks. Honestly its gotten me pretty down. All day yesterday I was having strong contractions now nothing except extreme discomfort.
