Is this a real thing, and does anyone have any actual experience with this? No just what Google says 😁 I’m 14 DPO and still haven’t gotten my period. I’ve had a little bit of cramping here and there and I’m super tired, but also have PCOS. I took a test yesterday but it was negative (which I kind of expected), but I’ve also been taking Zyrtec for my allergies and my gut prompted me to look into that. Guess I’m not ready to give up yet this month, but looking for some insight. Thanks in advance!
