Red seeds in baby poop

Hi friends,

I’m in need of some advice.

My baby (4 months old) has been having major bowel issues, such as blood in stool, green mucousy Poop, fishy smelling poop.

So her pediatrician had me stop eating dairy thinking it’s could be a dairy allergy but after some research I noticed my breast milk was blue and had very little fat in it. A foremilk/hindmilk issue.

So after changing my diet and increasing my healthy fats I noticed red seeds in her poop today.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I’d really appreciate someone to ease my mind.
