LINE EYES!!!

I got the nexplanon out on July 27th, and started spotting on the 30th of July for four days and then haven’t had anything since. Now i haven’t been hungry the last four days, been getting headaches, back pain, and very mild cramping. If that was my period on the 30th I am 3 days late now, but I don’t know if it was or not, but am also confused if my body was spotting why didn’t I get a period?
