Absolutely. Why would I not want to be prepared!? No green and yellow clothing for me! You couldn't pay me enough money to not find out

I didn't care so much about finding out but my husband really wanted to know. I figured since I get to make so many day to day decisions about our pregnancy that it was only fair he get to make one he felt was important to him.

I am a planner, very A type by personality and couldn't deal with the idea of not being able to,mentally prepare on every level possible. I wanted to theme my nursery for the gender, I wanted to buy clothes....etc. It just took some pressure off what can be a already anxiety producing situation for me. I'm already a ftm, breastfeeding for the first time...etc, the gift we have ourselves is mental preparation for our little man and our life as a family.

They get it wrong sometimes. And I don't care if my newborn I'd wearing the "wrong" color clothing. Also, I dint want ultrasounds, and since I'm not getting them I wouldn't have the occasion to find out anyway.

I hate surprises. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I wanted to know what I was having. We wanted to be prepared. We had names for both picked out, sealed in an envelope and put in our lock box at 12 weeks. When we found out at 19 weeks we were ecstatic!

We were not going to find out, but due to high chance of having a chromosomes abnormality that would have been fatal we wanted to know,so we found out when we had the harmony test.

Yep, mostly because I was too impatient to wait! 
I'm going to make the next one a suprise though, we're only having 2 so would be nice to see what it's like.
Plus I don't want people constantly asking me if I'm disappointed if it's another boy, so annoying!

I wanted to make sure I had everything before I had my baby. Theres only so much unisex and neutral stuff you can get. My partners family also started buying girls things at 12 weeks assuming I was having a girl so I hsd to find out to stop them buying loads of pink clothes! They favour girls more. I had a boy 😊 I will also find out again half way through as I'm so excited so buy big brother and little brother/sister things 😆 if I ever have a third baby I'm not going to find out the sex until birth.
