Ergobaby carrier vs infantino

Okay, I need some help. My baby loves the infantino carrier, falls asleep almost instantly or is at least never cranky in it. We also have an ergobaby carrier but she cries almost instantly every time. I’ve looked up videos and gone on their website to make sure I’m using it correctly but she still hates it. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong? One thought I had was maybe she doesn’t like her legs spread that far (it’s set to the narrowest setting). Any help is appreciated!
