Can anyone help?

Right, my name is Emily I am 19 me and my partner have been Ttc for 2years and 6months now.. in October we found out I've got pcos but the doctors didn't really do anything, she tried me on some weight loss tablets and some cream for my acne and nothing worked.. she said there's nothing else for weight loss but prescribed me some better cream,but I've had nothing for my fertility? She's not said anything? Not sure what to do next...
