He broke my phone!!

So I got my iPhone 11 Pro fixed because the screen was cracked, paid 300$... I got it back & the screen & frame didn’t line up. My grandfather just passed away so me and all my family traveled for the funeral. Anyways, during that time I made a review because I’m paying 300$ it should’ve been done right. At that he was rude asf .. so a few weeks go by I’m home & my screen continues to lift up by the side & I get a pink line down it. I go there today he takes my phone apart puts it back together & it’s worse then when I took it there he’s refusing to fix it and was a complete ass!! I have videos!! What can I do about this situation?! I’m so freaking mad!! Oh and he told me the reason my screen was lifted was because my battery is messed up.. BUT why didn’t he tell me that after he gave me my phone my first time & that’s why my screen didn’t fit. He would’ve already known this!!! I feel like he also switched my battery and took my good one!! This may sound stretched out but just from what I saw of him today I now wouldn’t put it past him!!!
