I'm only 3 weeks and 4 days ( yes I tested way early) but is it possible that I am already having morning sickness? The last two nights I was just nauseous with that lump in my throat around the same time. And I'm nauseous again this morning... But haven't gotten sick yet... This is my second pregnancy, other ended in a mc at 7 weeks but I don't remember feeling this sick!
