I had C -section on the 12th of November 2019. My cycle started today 09/02/2020 my husband and I are trying to conceive our 2nd .Two days before my menstrual I experienced some of the worse pain in my stomach and back, chills and acute migraine I felt severely lightheaded, nauseated without vomiting. I'm nervous and I have definitely contacted my Doctor I just wanted some insight if everybody else has experienced this.
