You’re going to want to add this to your menu😋😋
Crispy baked chicken thighs always go over well with our fam.
Preheat oven to 425
Wash and pat dry bone in chicken thighs (as many as you need)
Use about a tablespoon of mayo plopped on top of each thigh
Then shake on onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
Rub in, and place thighs skin side down
Bake 25 minutes, then flip and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done and skin is crispy
I’m not a measurer, so use your best judgement😆
And I finally tried out the bacon + brussels genius cooking method, and it worked perfectly! I included a (not so great quality) picture below.
Place your brussels on the bottom pan with a little salt and pepper. Put a cooking rack over them and lay your bacon right on top. Bake at 425 until your bacon is done.
I finished mine by chopping the bacon, mixing, and throwing it all back in the oven under the broiler for 5 minutes or so. So good! Top with your fave cheese if you’d like!😋😋 Enjoy!!
