You’re going to want to add this to your menu😋😋⁣

Crispy baked chicken thighs always go over well with our fam. ⁣

Preheat oven to 425⁣

Wash and pat dry bone in chicken thighs (as many as you need)⁣

Use about a tablespoon of mayo plopped on top of each thigh⁣

Then shake on onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper ⁣

Rub in, and place thighs skin side down⁣

Bake 25 minutes, then flip and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done and skin is crispy⁣

I’m not a measurer, so use your best judgement😆⁣

And I finally tried out the bacon + brussels genius cooking method, and it worked perfectly! I included a (not so great quality) picture below.⁣

Place your brussels on the bottom pan with a little salt and pepper. Put a cooking rack over them and lay your bacon right on top. Bake at 425 until your bacon is done.

I finished mine by chopping the bacon, mixing, and throwing it all back in the oven under the broiler for 5 minutes or so. So good! Top with your fave cheese if you’d like!😋😋 Enjoy!!
