Please help. What could this be?

Last night, my mom complained about a very, very bad stomach ache. Asked her and she said it’s her lower abdomen around her uterus.

She was in pain, she was cold, she was shivering. She took Advil and then an hour later she took a Pamprin. Then around 3am, she went to use the bathroom and her urine was red. (I know, she shouldn’t have done that but I wasn’t there). The pain slowly went away.

Today, she still get a little pain around the same area.).

So, any idea what this could be?

No period for 5months.

Urgent care won’t take her and suggested that she goes to the ER which we are going to take her.

Any ideas are welcome.
