Exercise & Pregnancy

Apologies this has probably been answered about 1000 times.

I'm 5 weeks pregnant, and prior to conceiving I lost 30lbs through diet and exercise.

I'm still very overweight (and unfit!!) but I want to continue to do the exercise and healthy eating - even more so now I'm pregnant.

I currently do a 30 minute low impact workout per day that includes things like squats, planks, side crunches and modified push ups. I also do about 20-30 minutes of yoga a day plus walking.

I know that people run marathons and weight lift pregnant so this is nothing, but its my first pregnancy and I'm super anxious about everything 😂

Does this sound okay to continue with?
