Cervical mucus 31 weeks pregnant

This might be tmi but I’ve been tested for stds and I have none, and my doctor has given me antibiotics twice for a BV and it hasn’t went away I don’t think! Is this normal??? Sometimes I think I peed while coughing and it’s this stuff I have to wear a pad cause I’ll soak through a panty liner!
